PS3 unable to turn on properly after delidding

Hello! As the title says, after delidding the Cell processor and attempting to delid the RSX too only for it to unable to (I tried three times with the butterknife method, to no avail), I put the PS3 back together and hoping it still works afterward, but it doesn't anymore.

Now it turns off ~3 seconds after turning it on and I still haven't figured out why, as there wasn't much or any physical damage at all that happened while I was delidding it. Even after trying what fixed others' PS3s, one being holding the power button for 30 seconds while it was unplugged, the second being opening the power supply and adjusting the two small screws by 10 degrees counter-clockwise, and the third being inserting a disc into the optical drive to force the system to turn on via that way, but all of them has failed and I'm still having the same issue. Even after reflowing the Cell, RSX, and Southbridge with a heat gun and flux, it still keeps occuring.

Any ideas on what could be causing it?

bad psu or you scratched the substrate on either cpu or rsx is my guess

You answered your own question as soon as you used "butterknife" deliding, cell and rsx in the same sentence. Take a high res pic of the cell and rsx on your board and post it here. I guarantee you scratched it or cracked the die. Reflowing with a heat gun isn't helping your situation at all. Hell even if you did somehow manage to successfully delid with no scratches using a butter knife you may have flexed the board so much it destroyed all the joints under said chips.
My only question is where the hell did you hear about using a butter knife and think that was a good idea. I remember watching a you tube video one time about a kid, ps3 , and butter knife. He shocked the shit out of himself , ruined the ps3, and it looked like he shit himself all at the same time.

From here, though to be honest I'm mostly still new to this.

EDIT: Also what would be the best way to delid the RSX? Since I'm already able to easily delid the Cell with a paint knive set I bought recently.

Painter knife is the wrong tool to use. Too thick. Use modify feeler gauge instead.

I've done 5 consoles with a n° 2 painter's knife and had 0 problems each time
