PS3 PS3 with unknown defects

I have a minor major problem with my PHAT PS3 CECHL04.
A small history of it (for context, might be helpful): I bought the PS3 in february last year from a SH store website. I modded it using PS3HEN tools and a bit later changed into CFW.

The problem is: Since I moved on CFW, the HDMI started slowly to not work, so I had to change into AV, and soon enough that ended as well. As well, after changing to CFW, the boot became more slower and caused more problems (I couldn't restore or to use safe mode because I hadn't a original controller to access it [third-party be like XD]). Besides that, the PS3 might have 2 problems as well, one being that the clock and date always resetted after I turned it off (forced or normal) and that the SSD that came with, had no bracket and it's being hold by 2 pieces of paper. Today I tried to repair by formatting the SSD thinking that it might be corrupted or something, but no result. Besides, I tried using the safe mode method, still no result, no beeps, nothing.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I used 4.90 CFW Cobra

The question is: What can I do to fix it and what is the cause?

First, get rid of that SSD and try to get a HDD. PS3 is not compatible with SSD.

After that, test your console if it has other issues.

SSDs are majority of issues that were never peaked into, get a hard drive with 1 TB max and then see if your console still works

Okay, so status: Changed the SSD with a HDD and still no response on it. Still turns on, still beeps, but no HDMI nor AV signal :/

I let the PS3 turned on a couple of minutes already

+ Now, the problem is following: It beeps when I try to reset the display settings and beeps at the eject disk, so the boot is on, but still no video on...

Since you've changed the SSD, now you must enter Recovery Menu in order to format the drive and reinstall the FW. Here is a tutorial from MrMario on how to do that:

I tried this method, but when I'm holding down the power button, the light doesn't flash or beep in that period of 5-10 seconds off since I turned it on. I hold it and literally shuts off with no beeps.

To make it beep, I need to turn it on, let around 30 sec-1min and then it can beep only once like it tries to reset video settings. I tried even entering in thst safe mode, but no chance possible.

Other solutions?
