PS3 Ps3 Won't Start Up After Large File

Hey guys. So I'm kinda new to this ps3 hacking thing, and after I did it, I decided to install a few games. So I don't have a huge flash drive or anything I could use so I tried using ftp. I let that sit overnight and then when I came back, the ps3 was a black screen. I restarted the console and now the animation that is usually played at the beginning of the startup is now super choppy and slow, and then after 40 to 70 seconds or so later, it then gives me a fail message that the storage could not be found. I also cannot get into safe mode. I am using an ssd, cfw 4.85 I'm pretty sure, and a phat ps3.
