PS3HEN PS3 YLOD When launching apps/games

Hi, I have this cecha00 that was using evilnat 4.89 cfw and I switch to hen since I formatted the SSD without realizing it removes the patch, anyways the problem is whenever I enable hen and launch any games or homebrew it would either give me a ylod or a black screen I tried reinstalling, rebuilding the database and restoring the file system none worked at all, not sure what to do now.

You have to reinstall the offical firmware 4.89.pup and then after that, install the 4.89.1.pup hybrid firmware [twice] if you want to use hen again.
Or... just install the offical 4.89 firmware and then install the new evilnat pup.
 
Tried that it gives me data corrupted, but I tried reinstalling hfw and it seemed to work again not sure if it will happen again
 
Spoke too soon, it seems to be back on the black screen I don't think it's the SSD since I used it since I got my PS3 with no problems
 
The YLoD indicates a general hardware failure and could be related to anything on the motherboard, the power supply, or even the Blu-ray drive (unconfirmed). It is most commonly caused by degraded NEC/Tokin capacitors.

I'm pretty sure it's not cause of it since it only happens when I enable hen, when I don't games work fine
