Did you played PS2 games with ManaGunz? The CFW folder was installed with the ps3hentai pkg that was mandatory to install with HEN v1, now this pkg is obsolete. What you can try to do (im not very sure and a dev could give more light in this) is to reinstall OFW + HFW + HAN + HEN again and see if the issue persists. Probably a firmware reinstall will bring back the correct files and if it works dont play PS2 games with ManaGunz again.

+ CFW syscalls restore without reboot (in XMB just enter to Settings > System Update and exit - that simple)

+ Added ps3hen_updater.xml to CFW Settings by @ShaolinAssassin (links currently download official PS3HEN 2.0)
+ Added missing webMAN MOD files (xmls, icons, pkgs, html, js)
+ Creates default CFW folders in hdd0 (GAMES, PS3ISO, BDISO, DVDISO, ROMS, packages)

REBUG Theme uses webMAN's rebugification theme

To my understanding , to use plugins such as Webman you always need a usb stick inserted ? I used the HDD installer but it will only Enable HEN if i have an USB stick inserted with boot_plugins.txt .

Hi, I upgraded from Hen 2.0 to 2.0.1 stock edition, but everytime I activate hen the internal fan of my ps3 goes crazy loud, also when I open webman mod settings, there is just a blank internet page, how do I fix this?
My ps3 is a super slim.

Did you enable dev_blind before update to 2.0.1?

You can adjust the fan settings in http://127.0.0.1/setup.ps3

Also try refreshing the content with SELECT+L3. Please report back.

No, if you use the Aldo's branch (or the Joonie mod or the new Aldo mod) you can use boot_plugins.txt in the root of the HDD (dev_hdd0).

If you use the vanilla PS3HEN 1.0.0/2.0.0 then yes, you can only use boot_plugins in dev_usb000 or dev_usb001.

Yes, I enabled dev_blind via multiman
I cant see the settings using the settings icon, it shows a blank webpage but I could enter the settings with the address provided by you.
Also the hard reboot option does nothing, it hanged and freezed my console. I had to shut it off while frozen and it gave me the checking and restoreing file system on screen.
How do I reduce the fan noise??
EDIT: after a manual shut off and shut on, it seems now it shows the settings on the webpage, also I tried again the soft reboot and hard reboot again without problems.

nice updates :)

The last option in cfw_settings.xml seems to be broken. missing icon, swirling refresh icon, like an empty folder too. Its same for both packages,

The Rebugification theme is a nice touch for Rebug themed pkg ;)

everything else seems ok so far

Thank you, I reinstalled taihen and the cfw folder appeared and replaced the ps2 files back on dev blind and it fixed, after that, I reinstalled hen v 2 just to be sure.

I see you kept the download link as I wrote it in the xml file. It was an example about what I meant for generic name.
Unless @esc0rtd3w upload the release to http://**ps3xploit.com >Domain no L...t/Latest_HEN_Offline_Installer_USB_signed.pkg or http://**ps3xploit.com >Domain no L...t/Latest_HEN_Offline_Installer_HDD_signed.pkg, there is nothing to download ATM.

i linked the HEN_v2.0.1beta2_Offline_Installer_Stock_HDD_XAI.pkg_signed.pkg to Latest_HEN_Offline_Installer_HDD_signed.pkg to test

i also added a /hen/release/themed/ directory and linked rebug themed one here Latest_HEN_Offline_Installer_HDD_Rebug_signed.pkg

for some reason i get an 8002AE04 error when downloading from server

EDIT:

the /hen/release/latest/ directory could also be used as base for versions too when more porting is done, like /hen/release/latest/484/cex/stackframe.bin, /hen/release/latest/482/cex/stackframe.bin, etc


EDIT 2 :

we could also just have another link like HAN Toolbox already does to HAN PKG Blind link, but the offline one @lmn7 ;) @ShaolinAssassin @DeViL303

actually, with HEN running it will be easy to mount blind lol

maybe we should mount dev_blind on HEN init again?? @habib @Joonie @aldostools

Yes hope to mount dev_blind again in the release so it too easy to download latest update and install in one steps
Instead of mount and enabld hen then go to download latest update and install .
