Just download Hen 2.1.1, Enable Hen, install HEN 2.1.1 package and restart.

Be sure to delete CFW folder, you can read about it in the installation guide up there in the main post.

NTFS using multiman PS3 HEN?

It's something of a pain and not really worth it. If you want to use ntfs, use webman mod or managunz.

If you must use ntfs with multiman, look up videos on youtube. Requires creating a config file before you can do anything else.

You can also do it the other way like you installed it the first time.

1-Restart PS3.
2-Open browser, go to ps3xploit and under your firmware (4.82 or 4.84) use the "ENABLE HAN PKG BLIND"
3-Now just try to install it again from your usb.

Make sure you're using the RIGHT USB port, if it still fails I'd suggest reinstalling your hybrid firmware and installing Han->Hen again. You won't lose any data.
