Yes, enable HEN and then mount dev_flash as dev_blind. If you are gonna use the website to mount dev flash. It will activate HAN and mount flash at the same time so no need to enable HEN or HAN before. But if u are using the XMB method which does not enable HEN/HAN simply enable HEN/HAN before!
 
neat, tried the qa flag thing, at first it wasnt working and im so dumb when i keep press R3 instead of L3, but well it works. its unfortunate that fake save data is not available.

question though, about the rap activation, does that require a activated psn account on ps3 for it work? sorry theres no further details about the rap activation, I assume that instruction is "just place your rap files on raps folder and let the magic do and run your game" kind of instruction.
 
yes you have to create psn account and activate it for games (not video). after that dont need psn or online or any of that to play

for fake save owner i think dex vsh is needed and that would cause autoban if connect to psn. but maybe save resigning like habib did with raps is possible in the future.

The release ZIP has been split into 2 camps

- Normal Users will only have recommended HDD option available and need to enable dev_blind and use browser to initial install. Once installed and rebooted, you will now run HEN from HDD, using Enable HEN icon on XMB.
PS3HEN_2.1.0.zip

- Developers Only will have all options in original ZIP, including USB options, kernel_boot_plugins.txt, SRC, etc.
PS3HEN_2.1.0-Developers-Only.zip

The readme and OP have been updated for both scenarios.

Please see OP and **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new) for updated layout. Instructions are the same, just made "easier"? lol

If you have to ask which one you need, you DO NOT need the developer one!

Excelente aport!! Thanks for you job, i have a question, As hidden from the xmb the app_home / ps3_game folder?

I also think and if it's possible, of course, that you could place hybrid tools and the webman MOD folder remain hidden when it's not active.
 
I just created an account for this, first of all, thanks Habib for this amazing mod, thanks to this I was able to dust off my ps3, now I have some issues that seems no one else is having.

My ps3 shutdowns when trying to run a ps2 iso.bin.enc game, no matter which method I use.

Tried ps2 classic placeholder, the rebug edition too, and the iso launcher verisons, all of them load and then shutdown the ps3.

please note that this is after doing the correct steps, installing rap file manually through hen, also place it on usb/exdata, mounted the iso.bin.enc game with multiman and with webman, same issue, and I can see other people doing this exact same procedure and they cna launch the games without issues, My ps3 is a superslim model.

Iif anyone here knows why this is happening and can point me on the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.
 
Greetings! Me and a friend did the installation proceedings for HEN and everything is good, we are copying some game isos and stuff.

But I would like to ask one thing: My friend have some games I want, he buyed the games from the store in the past, I would like to know if there is the possibility of copying the psn games he downloaded to the pc with multiman and then copy/install on my ps3 console. We know where the game and the riff are stored.

Aaahh!!! So the anonymous developer dropped PS3 Hen was Habib !!!!!!!
aha I knew it. But i thank you all the devs who are doing the hard work and for release quick updates and support.
 
I found it hard to Mount an NTFS external HDD to transfer larger ISO files using Multiman behind HEN. I will try to make use of split files and try to merge it on the PS3 or the FTP if not possible.

This APPs dont work with hen in the moment..be aware of that!! So if you want go online..use the Han and yours games (PSN/Demos00/CFW2OFW).
