If you have errors even after you've read and installed like the guide says, you should give more information.

What is your ps3 model, do older hen work or none of them, what else have you tried.

People who make them need a lot of information to know what's going on, it may be a very very rare bug or something wrong with your system.

I've cech 3004b with 4.84.2, older hen 2.0.2 first install all gone ok, after a while hen start ready but i can't view webman mod on when hen start so i decide to reinstall it. 2.0.2 hen start ok without webman , 2.1.1 give hen start error and no webman mod

Try reinstalling HFW or rebuilding the database. The error should not come unless your .BIN is corrupted so please update and reinstall HAN/HEN.

Maybe you got a bad usb drive and your hen is corrupted, try to download it again, extract, check integrity and try again.

If you install TeraByteCopy, when you copy something you can click the "verify" box and it will make sure everything was copied without errors, or you can use any MD5 tool or even 7zip (right click any file you want to check, go to CRC tab and choose one of the methods).

And we know you've tried, but please do it again in order to ensure everything is fine.
Rebuild database, download and reinstall HFW, install Han, enable blind and install Hen, RESTART, wait a few seconds and then try to enable Hen, and proceed to install the new webMAN mod posted above (github).

Yes it takes a few minutes to do it all, but you need to help them help you.

Hello my question is if the new webMAN 1.47.21 can be installed without uninstalling the 1.47.20, and if you have to uninstall what are the steps. I deleted some files from the hdd0 and a folder but I do not remember and I can not find the thread to uninstall. Thanks and best regards.
 
i have the same error and have tried everything:
a clean install
1) update ofw
2) then hfw twice
3) install han
4) activate system
5) install hen
and nothing, got the same error "hen failure restart ps3 and retry" with older versions enabling hen the error won´t appear but still can`t use the hen functions just han

my ps3 model is 3001A. using a new seagate hdd format fat32

I try it, changed usb, veryfy copy, all ok, but hen failure too :(
 
Have people been having additional freezes since updating to 2.1.1? I don't think my ps3 ever froze on 2.0.0-2.0.2, but now it happens every few boots. Sometimes it's sinply when I enable hen. Other times it when I'm navigating webmanmod folders.
I have wmm 1.47.20, multiman 4.82, hen and Han installed. Nothing else aside from the games. I'll update to 1.47.21 to see if it helps, but I didn't see any mention of freeze fixes in the WMM .21 changelogs.
