move it to the PC if it is an egg pain but if you move it to another folder in the same hdd0 do not delay anything with FTP
I also have several games and it worked for me

Anyone from devs to say what can cause this problem?

My opionion is that HEN 2.1.1 was the best. I have no issue with that version, neigher with Irisman or Webman. I have Super Slim 4004C, when I update HEN to V 2.2.1 the problems start. First of all I have 50% realization to run HEN, than, when I try to start game with Irisman ver 4.84.4 and 4.84.5 my PS runs but with black screen and led off! I have follow the procedures of installing HEN as I install 2.1.1. Please, where I can download HEN 2.1.1 to install over again. Thanks in advance!

So after using Hen for a long time I must say that everyone involved in this project is making an amazing job!!! Personally I love Hen and I think it is amazing how my old PS3 became really usefull.
I don't understand everything about PS3 modding but from my understanding we only need a PS2 Classics Emulator that does not quick reset and we have USB PS2 games playable from there. It would be great if we could have some options like PS2 disc games playable in Slim or Super Slim models and an option that enables Remote Play to all games installed in the PS3. I understand most of these might be impossible but it is just an idea from someone that loves all your work. Keep up the amazing work!!!

just use an external hdd to play ,thats safe , you can run isos on ntfs external.
did you use the fixed version of MM?
I think so.
It was working fawlessly before update to 2.2.1
Now fails to load 2 of 3 times aprox.
I installed irisman and also failed to start. Black screen and unplug power cord.
I didn't really need to update, because everything was working fine and I also had the HFW folder at sight with 2.1.1 but I like test to new things and this is also the only thing I can add to developement

So, I only have to create a new folder and put GAMES inside, and then delete the other folders ?
And after that install everything, han, hen, markets, homebrews..?

Hey guys. Been following along with this project since HAN was first announced, and it's amazing how much progress has been made. HEN is absolutely phenomenal and gets more and more polished with ever release. Props to the developers!

Finally registered today because I wanted to ask a question. I know that one of the changes made in 2.2.1 is that upon initial startup the XMB now focuses on the HEN icon. Would it be possible to include an option to turn this off? As useful as I'm sure it can be, personally I prefer to have my XMB focus on the currently inserted disc upon startup, like it does on standard OFW.

Avoid doing this. Hold on power button until it powers off.
I avoid it as much as I can, but when PS3 freezes that doesn't work ( that's why it's called " freeze". Perhaps I'm not holding it on enough.
I press power button for 5 seconds or more and nothing happens

Hen Version is 2.1.1. I just found a way to avoid freezing on startup by disabling internet in the Network Settings. So I will just disable internet after I do some FTP to avoid any freezing when launching Multiman. I have not yet tried Hen 2.2.1.
Great work man.
You're completely correct.
I went back to HEN 2.1.1 and reinstall multiman. I got some freezes, but less than with HEN 2.2.1.
I've disabled internet on xmb and multiman now starts ok ALWAYS.
I'm gonna give it a try with HEN 2.2.1 and will write here my experiences
