PS3HEN PS3HEN - Official Release Thread (Homebrew Enabler for the PS3) v3.5.0 (4.93 support)

Feedback on 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 in-game screenshots and webman mod compatibility issues. Using webman mod in 2.1.1 does not affect hen's in-game screenshots. After upgrading 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 As long as you use webman mod, the in-game screenshot function will be invalid, I hope to fix this problem, thank you

Thank you, I prefer the old boot logo too, the new one seems a little bit odd.

edit it yourself, they take the path they want with your project, you have the liberty to edit each part if you have the knowledge for it, for education and gratitude to your work totally free to the public, we must have respect with the design or the face that you want to give to your project.

I can say that in my console the problem was the WebMAN, I do not know if it will work for everyone, but it's worth trying. I have the same warming problem and use the WebMAN to solve this.I wish there was a way to control the fan without the WebMAN because it causes a lot of conflicts on my console and prevents me from using the screen capture feature. If possible, take the test and tell us if it works for you.
Works bro, it worked I'm so happy I can do screenshots in my favorite game!!! :D I downgraded webMAN 1.47.22 to 1.47 worked

Guys uninstall webMAN on your PS3! Wait for future version until Devs fix black screen problem due to Memory! I did downgrade 1.47.22 to 1.47 and only good change that you can take screenshots in-game, I hope Devs fix the instability of webMAN in HEN...

Today, when I turned on my ps3 HEN has downgraded to 2.1.1 by itself, as the notification shows when enabling.
But on HFW tools says HEN 2.2.2
Multiman feeezes again.
I removed webman 1.47.22 but HEN notification still said 2.2.1 and MM still freezes
I updated HEN via online and now notification says HEN 2.2.2 and MM works properly.
I installed again webman 1.47.22 and everything seems to work.
HEN 2.2.2
No MM freezes
Webman loading properly

But I've missed the HEN enabling and rotating logo. Nav screen keeps on white till close message is shown.
This is really weird
Any ideas about whats going on here and how to recover the logo ?

that's why you replaced the category_game.xml
I know from experience

install this, I edit the original category_game

First of all, BIG THANKS to the devs team! You guys made my sandy console take another fun ride to me. I really, really appreciate your hardworking. Thanks!

So, the thing is.. I didn't have any problems with HEN since first version came out, till today. I updated to 2.2.2 from XMB(HFW Tools > PS3HEN Updater > Update PS3HEN). I got any problem with download and installing PKG process, so i reboot after.
But now... I can't enable HEN anymore, the HEN Enabler from XMB freezes every time I try to. I don't know exactly what i can do(you know, i can't reinstall the last update from XMB now!!), should I update again from ps3xploit in my console? I would like to know what exactly i can do.
Every homebrew has worked flawlessly for me, this is the only problem i've had since this last update
Aprecciate your help, thanks!

Try clearing cache (not sure if it does something but give it a try. Worked for me) Also which version are you on right now? 2.1.1 or 2.2.2

Unzip this file and put it in usb000, then Enable HAN + Mount Flash, and try to install this from USB.

Hello guys. I have a question regarding offline installation. How do I run the HTML files from the "html" folder through the PS3 browser? I had difficulty understanding the tutorial (which is not friendly to beginners) to install 2.2.2 version. I tried the installation process through the address "http://**ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)/hen/installer/" (METHOD 1) in the PS3 browser; the console downloaded the "PS3HEN.p3t" file then nothing happens (remained in 2.2.1 version). In order for the whole process to be done correctly I ended up doing everything via the "**ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)" site directly. I accessed the options in this order: PS3HEN => 4.84 HFW => Enable HAN ReWrite Flash; only then I could install the "Latest_HEN_Installer_2.2.2_signed-484C.pkg" file via offline and everything was installed without problems (the new HEN logo appeared in the screen).
I want you to know that I am very grateful for this gift that is PS3HEN for my Super Slim, but please do a "noob friendly" tutorial, especially regarding full offline installation.
