• i was trying to update from Hybrid options in xmb menu where says HEN updater and i didn't manage to make it work as i was getting all the time an error. i'll give a try your tutorial. Thank you very much.

i tell you about those steps cause v2.1.1 have files in dev_blind mounted and v2.2.2 have files in dev_rewrite mounted thats why i told you

So after installing HEN 2.2.2 successfully i noticed that i have not HAN Toolbox anymore. Also i can't play any PS2 games as PSP games even Multiman can recognize the games. In PSP have a message that i don't own the PSP launcher and for the PS2 games i have an unsupported icon and message in xmb menu. Maybe because i have the Super Slim version??

There's always another idiot who starts or offends, but as per society today even those whom defend themselves from tirades of idiocy get blamed and tarred with same brush. And even banned! Whats the justice in that! People need to learn to punish the attacker, not those on the defensive..

Hello, my console has some weird things, I'll detail as much as I can:
So, it does not install any packages / runs homebrew / does not open any backups anymore ... hangs immediately when I try to do these actions (with the exception of sometimes giving enough time for me to be able to turn off the control or the console, on a black screen and with its LED flashing yellow and green).

Also happens when I activated HEN, even leaving my console inactive it freezes after a few minutes

Had all the hen versions previously installed without problems, this happened after the installation of version 2.1.1

whenever the console freezes the led light starts to switch from green to yellow, blinking, I need to hold the power on until off (I hear my HD make a noise, I think this would hurt the disc), if I leave it in the AC , (standby red led) when turning on again I can not activate HEN sometimes, so I have to remove the power cord.

When turning the console on again, this always asks for a disk check, if I do not, sometimes I can not activate HEN


OFW and HFW installed, many methods to install HEN, the issue continues


Am I afraid that I caused some serious flaw? I ask for help on this and thanks

It sounds like a HDD problem. You may need to add a new one and see how it will go. Which model do you have?

HAN Toolbox entry is removed in v2.2.2 and replaced by HEN so install HEN Toolbox and you will get HEN Toolbox function along with HAN Toolbox to activate within it

As it say you need to launch the iso using PSP Launcher and for ps2 you can't play normal (decrypted iso ) with multiman,webman or any game manager you can only play encrypted iso (ISO.ENC.BIN) and launch the game from PS2 Classic Holder

The yellow+green mostly means something corrupted on HDD. Full restore "should" fix it but no one knows the exact issue. Just a suggestion.

New problem found with HEN, if my console goes into standby on its own, after set period of time, on restart of console and then HEN enable, the console hangs and has to be unplugged.. I've tested 3 times. Same outcome each time. Only found by accident.. 1st time left console on whilst reading, 2nd time, day dreaming, 3rd time watching beautiful girl walk past my house..

You mean complete reformat, or some option from recovery?

We'll try some options before complete reformat from recovery... If those does not help no other solution of what I can think of. I give the highest priority to "Rebuild Database"

Well, IDK why but I can guess... Maybe somehow the memory is full or I'm not sure if hen likes when it is shut down unexpectedly. So that could be the cause !

I am trying tol help you BUT you did not paying attention. If you do not read instructions carefully, then it's up to you to configure it out.

Now that we mentioned HDD. I have the Super Slim modelbwith a 60GB HDD. Can i add a new bigger HDD on my console? Will i lose anything of the hack files? What is the procedure?
