PS3HEN on hfw 4.84 question

So i got the super slim ps3 and it is on 4.84 OFW and i would like to update it to 4.84 HFW but my problem is after i do that how will i install HEN do i install it from http://**ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new)/ PS3HEN>>HEN installer (alternate)
or is that for the 4.85HFW only?
Also one more thing if i have 4.84 ofw can i update it straight to 4.85 hfw or i need to install 4.85ofw than 4.85hfw on top of the ofw?

Yeah when i try to connect to the internet it says A system software update is required.Go to [settings]>[system update] and preform the update.

I suggest you dont update your firmware and keep at 4.8.4 and use your laptop to download all the files needed.

fixed it used a proxy from my pc so now i can use internet on ps3
