PS3Hen Trophies Question

I'm pretty new to the PS3HEN scene, so apologies in advance if this question has been asked elsewhere or or reads as silly/obvious to more experienced users.

I'm wondering if I can play my downloaded PS3 isos and earn trophies without being signed into my PSN account. Then, without enabling HEN, I'd like to periodically log into my PSN account to sync the trophies.

I'm not looking to play online co-op/multiplayer or hack trophies. I don't plan on ever signing into PSN with HEN enabled. I just want to earn trophies.

Does this put my account/console at risk of being banned? If so, are their measures I can take to mitigate that risk?

You can play online with hen enabled. You can sync your trophies no problem. I do all the time.
Yes, there may be some risk, but nobody has been banned yet from using hen. At least none that I know of.
And I'm sure you mean the isos you downloaded are legally owned by you, otherwise that would be piracy and that's not cool to talk about here.
