PS4 Ps4 overheating?

Last week my console get loud. I open it, clean it and change thermal paste, but no help. Before when it was going loud, i just clean it and its ok, but now in short time fan get loud, then slow down, and again fast spin.
What can be?

What thermal paste did you use?
Is the fan spinning smoothly?
the springs push the board against the heatsink, are they pressing hard? Are they straight or are they bent up for pressure?

This is the first time that i disassemble all console. Before i just open case and blow with compressor.

You don't use cheap thermal paste on PS4, on PS3 you can even go depending on the type, but on PS4 no. What brand of paste did you use? if it has a brand...

on PS4 use MX-4, master mastergel maker cooler, master gel maker nano, pastes with high thermal conductivity, do not use a GD900 for example.

this thermal paste is of poor quality, I recommend that you throw it away because not even on a low-cost computer it will work well, if you want a cheap paste, buy the GD900.

Can i use mx-5?

from the little I researched it seems to be a great quality paste, since it is the successor to the MX-4, even though I still prefer the MX-4 or the Master Gel Maker for CPUs with high thermal dissipation.

Something is fishy with console. Now again get loud, sometimes, and i notice that i have big pin on console. I test my net on pc, and ping is ok, but on console is allmost all time on about 40-50. And when i play fortnite, the game don't go smooth like before, its like some memory problem. Like game stucking, something like picture shaking and its hard to watch. This is not all time, but mostli it is.
