Psx games sound error

I have tried several psx games in ps3, most of them in ntcs format since the PAL versions give me error, and when I'm in the game the sound is played very slowly, the game itself does not go so slowly but the music of background of the games does, and it pretty much ruins the experience. Did it happen to someone else? Do you know what the solution could be?

You are playing NTSC (us region) games on a ps3 which uses the EU-PSX bios for emulation, hence the lagg in sound since it hard-locks 30fps games to 25fps

To fix this: change region settings to US in the debug settings (assuming youre on DEX).

The problem was indeed the ntcs version, I could play a pal and it has no sound failures but I have a problem playing Medievil in PAL, since this version has an anti-piracy system, there is some way to play the psx games that appear to buy in psn? I don't know if you understand me
