PS3 question about creating fake accountID and act.dat

hello! I intend to create a fake accountID and act.dat on a new user using Evilnat's tools (without ReactPSN or Apollo), I saw Evilnat's post about how to create these things, but I saw that this requires a reboot, the console will be turned off after this process or will it actually be a reboot? Because the power switch flat cable is broken, so I can only turn on the console through the controller

- i know my post is idiot but I'm afraid that the console will turn off and I can only turn it on with the power switch button after this process...
 
If the feature requires a reboot and asks if you want to confirm it, then it will be reboot automatically.

If not, then you will have to do it manually.

Evilnat's CFW has reboot options in Network -> CFW Tools menu.

hello! I managed to create a fake accountID and act.dat on a new user using Evilnat's tools, but when trying to play a PS3 game, it displays the error "This content can be used if you renew the license in PlayStation Store" and I wanted to know if it is possible to create licenses using Evilnat tools

If you replace the act.dat file (either by fake accountID feature or by activating your console with a real PSN account), any RIF licence files will be invalid.

You will have to use Apollo Save Tools in order to retrieve the RAP from the current RIF files.

Is there any tutorial on how to install licenses through Apollo?

keep in mind that if the original act.dat linked to the RIFs was replaced/changed/modified , any RAPs decoded by Apollo will be useless and invalid.
So, please note: .rap files must be generated with the original act.dat , since it contains specific encryption keys for the .rif files.
