[Question] Is it possible to install DLC on games run with multiMAN?

I have tried to find some manual on how to install the DLC to these games, but although I installed the APK file and its license and although the game resigns it, it doesn't detect the DLC

Is there any way to install these DLC to games running in multiMAN?
 
Must have matching region DLC & latest update PKG file.Then depending on if your CFW or HEN activate the rap file.
 
i don't think it's that off the topic but i'm innterested is it even possible to have full backup of the game with all dlc and updates?it's only matter of time when sony's servers will go down and i would rather be prepared. :)

Yes, just copy the entire games folder of the game so say COD BO2> copy the whole bles01717 folder to your PC, and copy any rifs in the the user profiles to PC awell for the DLC.

OR...

Most of my DLC is backed up on PC. I went a bit OTT with it and wiped the folder clean, then downloaded each DLC seperatly, then copied that to the PC and converted that back into pkg format, then the corrisonding rif file to convert to a rap. It migh eba bit over the top but it makes your DLC well organized. Then deleted what was in the folder so it was blank for the next DLC

For game updates you can just download them directly from the servers to your PC using your browser, enter this in your browser:

https://a0.ww.np.dl.playstation.net/tpl/np/BLES01717/BLES01717-ver.xml

Replace the BLES01717 with your game id and your good to go, it will bring up an xml with all the game updates with download links, all you do is copy and paste them into the browser address bar and they will donwload atuomaticaly.



NOTE for anyone else reading this thinking they can use this method to get any DLC/games for free... IT WILL NOT WORK....DLC/games is under scammbled file names so you cannot do this. And are stored under a different dominan/server to the updates....

This is to get your games update files that are FREE anyways, and is a good method to use to backup any game update pkgs before they are removed as many have aldreay been so, eg for BO1 there was about 9 updates for the game> there is only 2 on the servers now.

So I can't install DLC from BO1?
in fact it is this game that I try to install a DLC.

I perform these steps:
1. The game is in ISO format executed by multiMAN
2. I install update 1.13 which is the only one I found
3. I install the DLC and its respective RAP

I can't find an error, however when I run the game I don't see the DLC
I do not know what I'm doing wrong
 
you might try decrypting an encrypted file (edat, self, sprx) with the rap to make sure it's working. you can do that on pc with scetool or many other apps.

That was for umart666 as he wanted to know if DLC and updates could be backed up, there are a few methods you can use. You can install any DLC on CFW, it makes it a lot simpler to just download it again from PSN if its giving you issue's.

If you don't see the DLC after using rap then its not installed correctly.
