There's nothing wrong with these versions of CCAPI and webMAN. I have both on my 2 PS3 Slims and been using these tools for years on REBUG CFW's without issues. To get these to connect to your games for RTM (Real time Mod) requires a DEX (Debug) E-Boot for each game your modding. And its all in the setup of how you are connected to your PS3, WiFi is crap, LAN (Ethernet) connections are the best as your WiFi bandwidth can be taken up by multiple devices connected to your routers network. Or like I do is have a separate router which all my PS3's and other consoles are connected to my PC via Ethernet.
I spend a lot of time modding games, especially COD games, but I don't use my mods in public matches as this ruins it for everyone else playing online, private lobbies hosted by me only.
I use CCAPI to set my CID and PSID on boot, then PSN Patch to disable SYSCALS as there is no need to use SEN Enabler when using REBUG in DEX with REBUG Mode enabled.
I take it you have webMAN set to spoof your firmware version as well? I only use webMAN to quickly load games when offline, other than that I use MultiMAN to load game for playing online. Oh and to webMAN remove the irritating SingStar icon from the games column.
Which RTM Tools are you trying to use and for which games?
