Rebug download site not working

It appears I'm not the only one with this problem, when you try to load up the site it simply doesn'r respond in time, how can I fix this?

Yeah, the issue now is that the https://playstationscenefiles.com/ site for the downloads is down. We just can't win!

I owe you all a big thanks, I was able to downgrade my firmware, hopefully Rebug will find a way to make their content more accesable since I heard a lot of people had issues with this.

the site is back up now, but the downloads come from another site that is still down. the downloads from rebug.me are actually zip files that have the actual download link inside.

It's kinda funny, I thought the whole point of using txt files like this was that the files are offsite, so I don't know why they don't just edit the txt file to a mega link or something until this issue is solved.
