what is best rebug and HEN because I want to try HEN but don't know which is best

and using Rebug toolbox on a super slim HEN is a brick risk too

No brick risk. Options for unsupported firmwares are greyed out, everything else which expecting LV1 stuff but not checking if it is possible to perform will just fail and not be performed.

You cannot read ERK, it will just not work, the same with setting QA etc. without exploding in your room. :P

I'm not sure only about setting up to boot to Factory Service Mode. This can be potentially only one harmful option but using my logic alone, it needs access to syscon so I believe, still it will fail.

Correct, well you can try. "Dumping" is just "reading", attempting to read something that can not be read will not cause a brick, Bricks generally only happen when you WRITE stuff.

Not exactly no if you have a CFW capable PS3 you can do alot of things even on a slim (technically speaking if you aren't on a 3xx or 4xx console aka late slim and super slim)

CFW is better, it allows you to do more stuff, more user friendly etc.

HEN is really only for consoles that are not CFW compatible.

If you have a PS3 read the back of it if it says 25xx, 20xx, or CECHA CECHB CECHE then congrats your PS3 supports Custom Firmware. However if you are on a 3000 or 4000 then you might have to use HEN for now until the PS3xploit team figures out the root key (if even possible)

CECH25xx are hit and miss, they need to be checked. Not so important anymore with BG Toolset as it has safety checks built in, but it was not very long ago that attempting to install CFW on a non compatible CECH25xx would be a brick.
