PS3 [Request] Dump game PKGs via CFW

I'm not really sure what you're even referring to...
If the game is originlly disc based then it's not possible to simply convert ISO disc images to pkg, because the executable is signed differently. You can try to use TrueAncestor to resign it, which sometimes work and sometimes doesn't, but this can only be done on PC.
If the game is a digital purchase, you still can't directly dump the original pkg because the PS3 extracts it and then deletes the original pkg. You can backup your digital purchases by copying extracted files to your computer (they're all in /dev_hdd0/game) and if needed, restore them by copying them back to the PS3, then going to recovery mode and rebuilding the database. Also use Evilnat's CFW tools or Apollo to export RAP files. You can 7zip your backup if you want to save storage space.
If you want the original pkg, you can use an extension called PSDLE to download it directly from Sony's servers to your computer. You will still need to install it properly on your PS3 at least once to get the license files.

Disc images are the best and safe way which grants You 100% compatibility, blindly.

Licenses aren't getting by installing PKG but by requesting SEN. Unpacking PKG on PC and PS3 have no difference.

I'm suggesting only for PSN games that are legally owned. But yeah you are right about the checks. I guess maybe this shouldn't be a feature at all due to non working PSN games.

android will download pkg files directly from sony servers if you have the link. games, dlc, and updates should be no problem. i use firefox but i think others will work also. of course in some areas it may be illegal.

I guess you can try that early days of injecting games on ps3 using ethanol or something.

there are dedicated apps that actually convert those disc games dumped into folder format dumps into installable pkg format games. but this requires games to have at least a game update for it to work.

for other games that dont have update, it can be done by hex editing the eboot file and search for /dev_bdvd paths and change it to /dev_hdd0/game paths. It works great on games that doesnt requires mandatory game data install but not on those games that requires it probably because it will conflict with the gameid.

PSDLE is an extension for desktop PC browsers, not mobile, but I think there are some debug builds of Firefox for Android that allow using desktop extensions (only on Android, if you're on iPhone you're out of luck). Still, that extension would be a serious pain to use without proper keyboard and mouse.

Yes, but you need PSDLE to find said links, unless you use 3rd party websites, which we cannot link to, for obvious reasons.
