PS3 Resigned saves with Apollo not working, Trophies not detected

Hi everyone I'm having trouble transferring my save games to my new PS3.

I used Apollo save tool to export all the saves to my USB drive and then imported them on the new console and selected "Resign All Saves" but when I try to play a game they give me an error similar to "The save data is not yours, it must be deleted to proceed". I thought resigning was supposed to fix this, does anyone know what I should do? Both systems are on Evilnat 4.92.

Also with Apollo, I successfully exported my trophy sets (Local user account, No PSN), and try to import them on the new console but it throws an error that the expected location on the USB drive for the trophies does not exist, but I've verified they are all there.

In need of assistance please

It means resigning failed, about which Apollo should you informed. ;]
For resigning, you need activated target account.

Apollo not reading in mind, but reading data from specified location.

It didn't present any error with the resigning, so I'm not sure whats wrong. What do you mean by activated target account?

This is the process I followed:
Slim PS3 -> Export all saves to USB
Fat PS3 -> Import all saves from USB to HDD, select "resign all saves"

It meas that your console must be activated first. In order to do that, you must sign in with your PSN account and activate your PS3 from the XMB menu, or use Evilnat's CFW Tools to generate a fake console activation.

Otherwise, savefiles can not be encrypted.

Just to add to this, IIRC Apollo lets you activate your console without a PSN account, which is nice for this application. I've resigned save files with Apollo's fake console activation and it works fine.

Saves are encrypted but by IDPS and as long as PARAM.PFD for that save is held, decryption can be performed.
Account activation is needed only for setting up ownership, to be precise NP Account ID which can be found in PARAM.SFO.
