PS3 HAN retail pkg with rap? and error 80071092

I have a package that shows as retail, but it also came with a rap (Black Ops 2). Does that mean that I need to sign the pkg? Also, I've been getting error 80071092 whenever i connect my server and try to install the game. I have HAN enabled and follow the instructions etc etc but it still wasn't working

80071092 means you have not set up your server correctly and you are not getting any connection, you will get the same error with your PC switched off. Go through the trouble shooting in pkg linker help section to see possible solutions.

Still having issues been at this for a day. My setup is that it shows up my ip on the ps3 and on the computer it is the same, server is running, han is installed and enabled, and everything is properly set yet it doesn't work. I've changed my firewall settings to allow, my network and sharing settings and it still doesn't work. I can also pull up my server info on the pc but not on the PS3 which is highly confusing. Is there some way I can look and change inside the package list or something? Really frustrated

Well if the servers files will not show in PS3 browser, changing the Package List will not help. But yeah, if you want you can unpack the package_list pkg, and edit the xml in there any way you want, obviously if you cant access the server from the ps3 its not going to help. Can you ping the ps3 from pkg linker?

Yes I can. It's okay though. I just find it weird that everything shows up but I always get the same error. Have it connected by ethernet and everything.

Yeah, thats the way it works. Everything will always show up as the xmb items and icons etc all get installed in the package_list.pkg, but they are just links.
