I had this problem as well. Reinstall worked for me, but only if I delete first. Gonna back up the default configs this time.
 
There does seem to be config backups being generated now once it actually runs and gracefully exits a few times.

Been throwing different cores and roms at it.

PrBoom runs very nicely with the Ultimate Doom Unity WAD. Fastest Doom I've gotten to run on it.

Doom64 WAD did not load.

Shaders do seem to work but the more intensive ones cause unplayable slowdowns and audio issues.

I usually stick to the Bicubic ones.

I'm using PicoDrive, QuickNES, mGBA, FBAlpha for the cores mostly. DOSBox is installed but haven't tried anything in it yet.

Downloaded all the covers/thumbnails and they load/navigate without issue. Doesn't like 4 threads at a time downloading thou, 3 or less and it is less likely to freeze.

is there any way to import saves or savestates from an older version of the ps3 retroarch ? i have been using an older version alot before i discovered this new update and i would like to keep my old saves is that possible ?

I did not setup this forum to serve rudeness, you have been the only rude person i have seen here.

You asked a question and someone gave you the link where the answer's are located.

If your unwilling to read then no one is going to feed you the exact information you seek.
Especially when you are being rude and demanding.

If you did not see anything about PS1 or PS2 or PSP.
That would suggest that RetroArch (PS3) can not emulate those systems.

The PS3 can emulate some PS1 / PS2 / PSP games outside of RetroArch using the console's own internal emulators in the PS3 firmware.

From here i suggest a better attitude and recognize you will have to read and research a bit on your own and not everything will be explained on your terms.

If you haven't seen anything about PS1 or PS2 or PSP. This would indicate that RetroArch (PS3) cannot emulate these systems.

And if you know that, you don't have to send the user on a journey of more than 34 pages. do you agree with me ?

I do not agree with you, because your causing unnessary drama because someone did not answer the way you liked even though they have provided you with information on the question you asked.

i have a Simple Question ?

Can i play PS 1, PS 2, PSP games ?

My PSP Remaster and PSP Mini´s are broken and i become they not Deleted or DeInstalleted that i Reset

the PS 3 and new Install the PSP Remaster and PSP Mini.

Please Help.

On PS 3 are Running the latest Cfw from Evilknat 4.88.xxxx and all actual Webman mod and latest Multiman and Mamba​

Google translator was not helping anyway, but yeah, in the initial question it looks you are asking how many systems can be emulated (in general)

The last sentence of that initial post asking specifically for PS1, PS2, PSP... i guess we dodged it a bit because is a frequent question discussed before in his same thread
The point is... we are lucky the official PS3 firmware already have official emulators for PS1, PS2, PSP. We should assume the performance of this emulators is in the borderline of what the PS3 hardware allows... because are made by sony (and they knows the playstations better than anyone else, lol)

With PS1 maybe there is some room for improvements because the emulation workload is a lot "lighter" (we know the PS3 hardware can handle it without problems), but this kind of custom PS1 emulator could only provide small improvements like smoothing filters or small details like that... but thats not the whole story because in the PS1 game library there are tenths of games that are problematic (requires specific patches or trickery) and a custom PS1 emulator would have to deal with that problematic games too, lets say... is not so easy to achieve 100% compatibility with the whole PS1 game library

With PSP maybe there is some room for improvement, but mostly because the official PSP emulator is very limited, it doesnt looks like they dedicated much care to it

And with PS2 emulation probably there is no room for improvement, this is the most complex emulator because is splitting the workload in threads that are loaded in the SPU's of the CELL, the bottleneck we have is because sometimes one of this threads is squeezing one of the SPU's to his limits. In theory this problem could be solved by rewriting the whole emulator to make that thread causing the problems more "lighter" (moving some of his workload to a different SPU), but we dont have that kind of control of the PS2 emulator
