Fully digital backwards compatibility = PSN Store releases only and I doubt the complete library is included due to licensing issues and the sheer complexity of software emulation.

So no used ps1 to 3 games

i know they want to make money selling old games but when ps2 first came out some people only got it right away cause could sell the ps1 but keep the games they liked and play on ps2. it helped make ps2 cheaper. i think that and playing dvds cheaper than most players at the time really helped it sell at first. of course lots of people that bought newer ps3 phats and slims when price came down were surprised (and pissed) when it would not play any ps2 discs but played ps1 just fine.

sony and others get mad when gamestop etc make money on used games but do do book publishers get mad when you buy something at a used book store? ive never owed a new couch, just saying...
