PS5 [RUMOUR] Sony is trying to buy Metal Gear, Silent Hill, Castlevania franchises

would be nice for castlevania I suppose. konami hasn't done anything good with that series for years.
 
Metal Gear Solid sounds like a great move for myself. I love MGS.
Once Hideo left Konami and they released that god awful mess, Metal Gear Survive.... I thought it was over for MGS, in fact, I still don't have hope.
Maybe Sony could do what Konami minus Hideo couldn't.... Fingers crossed
 
This is something I thought a long time ago that was going to happen with the konami franchises if the company decided to change its business model and not invest more money in AAA games, if we see now bringing back past successes through remakes. it is causing great expectations in consumers and that can generate interest in sony and perhaps also in the konami itself.
