Safe to use ps3xploit.me for 4.89?

As the title says, is it safe to use ps3xploit.me to install 4.89 evilnat cfw? I've been trying to keep up with the ps3xploit threads but noticed that that the mention of 4.89 was crossed out. Just want to make sure I shouldn't go a different route first.

I've tried and for some reason this console won't take. It always fails. There's nothing on there so I'll try reformatting and starting over, that's worked for me in the past.
