PS2 Save ID Changer

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a tool (I seem to remember it was called Save ID Changer) that allow to change game ID so you can uses different modded versions of the same game and have different saves.
I'm a Winning Eleven player and I like to have different patches to play with.
Anyone have this tool or can remember the right name?

You can change GameID by hand, using hex editor i.e HxD. Open *.iso in it, then search and replace all GameID strings (eg. from "SCES_123.45" to "ABCD_999.99").

Thank you so much mate. I'll give it a try in the next days. Just another question: do I have to rename the SCES_123.45 file in the iso as well?
 
No because it will be renamed by hex editor. Purpose of using eg. HxD is to avoid rebuilding image, because some games using LBA order as security layer and none of free apps available give You control over LBA during image creations (and all tools for editing dvd images which I know, in reality rebuilding them).

Understood. I'll do some test using PCSX2 before I transfer ISOs to my ps2 HDD. Thanks a lot.

Test on PCSX2 could be no relied due to hot fixes emulator put to games, based on their GameID.
