Send frankie nudes?
Hey all, long time reader and its about time I signed up. Have quite a few PS3s but thought I'd share the picks of my range.
Got a CECHC03 that's a Sony Frankie 40nm. Bought the console on ebay and it was in a mess. YLOD, shell beat to hell, caked in dust. After a basic clean it looks ok but the top shell has some damage. After a few power cycles it does stay on and I was able to install evilnat. Runs PS2 games ok but quickly YLODs on GTA IV with syscon codes for RSX token. Typical. I stripped it down, cleaned the dust out and gave it some fresh MX4 for the meantime and it has been performing very well with PS2 games, RSX temps mid 40s. The CELL has been slowling creeping up to mid 70s so due a delid!
Has a CXD5300DGB. Not fully tuned in to where the community is with Sony frankies but happy to share any dumped files or more info if needed.
Will be delidding with V2 tool and swapping the two underwide RSX tokens for tantalizers within the next few days.
Have a white CECHL00 from Japan (wont let me post more pics). One RSX token replaced with a tantalizer. Deliddded with MX4.
Got a few CECHC03, a CECHA00 that needs delidded.. many more.
