PS3 Solder bridge in HDMI port

Hello. I got a slim CECH-3012B, KTE-001 board with no display on the hdmi port.

I noticed that two of the pins of the port have a solder bridge, anyone know if this is normal or could it possibly be a manufacturing defect?
