Some Questions about HEN & PSN Content

hi ppl...

i got a few questions:

- for psn content the ps3 needs to be activated ( psn login & activate games )

1. how to do that with a banned ps3?

or

2. do the user on ps3 and / or psn account used to activate
have to stay on the ps3?

- the rap files have to be put in exdata on hhd / usb.

do they have to stay there, or can they be removed after reboot?

1_ You can activate it if you have a psid from another console in the white list. You should read about that. Still, you can play games using ISOs or in folder mode if you can't activate it.
2_If you are gonna use psn games, yes, but only the user I believe, there's no need to go online, unless you want it. Just be careful.

About the rap files, I'm guessing you need them in your HDD, because if they aren't there, the system will give you the alert that you can't access the game. But I could be wrong.
