PS3 Sony PSN delete my PSN account i have since 2009 with many games i pay ?...

Hi

i dont log to my psn and ps3 since some years. but i see this last month i can JB totaly my PS3 then i say let DL all my games before i JB my PS3... and impossible to login with my email and password in my ps3 slim and show me an QR cod who take me to the web site. then i try to log in and is like my account get deleted by Sony. to check that i try to create an account with the same email and it show me i can...

i contact their Chat support and they explain me my email dosent existe in PSN and they ask me an Online ID who i dont remeber i have or i make one day... or i forget... but in any case my email should work...

PLease if you have an idea how to proceed it was many games i bought from the PSN... and will loose all my tropies my saves since 2009 :-(
 
Nothing anyone here can do if Sony has deleted your account. Check the email you registered with if you have the Online ID in an old email somewhere.
 
Maybe they will be able to check if user exist by NP Account ID. It is the id unique in their network by which users are identified. It is written in PARAM.SFO in every save or eg. dir name in export path on PS4.

All accounts has been reset after huge SEN creditentials leak in around 3.55 times.

Email and password are written in "/dev_flash2/etc/xRegistry.sys". Password has been probably blanked since 4.89.

Hi Berion

can you please tell me how to find the NP Account ID ? and where is PARAM.SFO ? is a tool for that a tutorial ? i make quick search on g00gle i dont realy get it some speak about brute force... you say PS4 you mean PS3 ?

regarding : xRegistry.sys this i already check before contacting PSN and yes is exaclty my email and password i had.
 
Export any save on PS3 to USB for account from which You want retrieve NPAID, and this ID will be in inside PARAM.SFO file.
Or export any save on PS4 to USB and one of recurrency level dir will be named as Your NPAID.

So no need of hacking anything to know Yours NPAID. So maybe, just maybe would be sufficient for fella on server side access to tell You more about Your account state. Users are identified in SEN by NPAID, not login name or account name (so called by them as Online ID).

im sorry i just realise was very simple ^^ i understand something else like hexa editor etc... i never before that save a save games i dont even know it was possible...

then i open that file with wordpad on different save games and i found this one in comon : 5b***********bdcf9f

is the right and full number i should give ?

if i tell them is the "NP Account ID" they will understand ? maybe they need to know what mean NP. I notice like most of the chat support are india and maybe they dont want to waste time.

is not possible to found an Online id in my PS3 ? in case icreate one and forget

if you have any other way to ask them give some more informations to make them recover my account and all the games i paied...

hello Berion

i get today an superviser from playstation france he even call me by phone but dont know if he realy care or try the things... but i give him this id NP Account ID and he told me he can do nothing with that, this thing will not help them to found my old account...

what do you think ?

after that i create back an new psn account with the same email adress, i create a random online id no choice i generate an password to be able to login on my ps3 slim to the psn (before that i put back the official firmware) and when it go to login it say like i cant connect using an connexion id (email adress) of another user... when is me the another user... i wanted at least synch my trophies and maybe by luck to recover my dlc games i bought from sony and till now stored in my ps3...
 
If you make a new PSN account it isn't going to magically sync up with the account you've lost.

It sounds like someone was able to access your original account at some point, and they've changed the details on the account to their own.

Do you have any old e-mails from Sony? If you can find a purchase receipt that would contain an order / transaction number that you could then give to Sony support to help them find your account. You would be looking for e-mails from addresses like:

no i dont have a record of any of this. maybe realy when i get the ps3 slim in 2008 i had an old account but after i switch to this one i dont remeber because is long time ago. but i was loging since that time only with my actual without any problem.

is a way at least to make reconise all my trophy and 1 game i bought from the dlc to an new account ? i can jailbreak back my ps3 to do that or export modified data to my new ps3 ? regarding the psn

You cannot used once attached email to some account for different account. Otherwise taking over accounts would be easy. :P

If You lose this account for good, You can resign trophies for another account. You need of course hacked console. But, there is risk that both accounts (old and new) will be banned due to the same timestamps on majority of trophies (if Sony even checking that, technically it is possible).

is not a level i can ask them who can have this apps who allow to check that ?

i dont understand for accounts. what i try to say before is just : in my ps3 it was the same adresse email i buy with my games and make the trophies than the new account i creat with the same email adress.

how i can do that regarding the trophies ? do you think they will care until now about ps3 to check at this level especialy when they delete my account and all inside ?
in case i explain bad my 1st console dont get banned i never get banned

Those applications are not wildly available. They are designed to be used by Sony employees only, and before allows to connect to their network, needs employee validation.

Accounts are never deleted on any kind of services. They can be suspended, banned etc. If this email was used by one account, so called "deleted", it is still in databases as used by that account. For security reasons, You cannot use the same address by different accounts. That's totally normal behavior. And even if that would be possible, You would not get old NP Account ID but different, because it would be different user. Different NPAID == different user.

I don't know. It is Your choice what road to choose. I only giving You information, processing them and decision is always Yours. I could tell You if I would be Sony CEO but I'm not. ^^
 
Berion how i can do that for the tropies to try to sync them ? is a steps to follow ?

i already did all the steps you put in the pdf files to save the datas from my old ps3 (was jailbreaked) it is enough ?

Enough for backup and restore (in Your specific case, restoring without xRegistry), but to be able to use by different user, You need resign them, eg. by Apollo SaveData Tool. So first create some user local account, bind it to SEN to get some NPAID, restore trophies for that account, resign them, sync them, and have hope You will not get banned today and future.

escuse me Berion but i dont have alot of knowledge ^^

what me resign them ? i see that option in Apollo tools. it mean unlocking them ? under apollo i have to do that before i click to export my data from my old ps3 ?

what mean SEN ? is PSN ? i have again to resign them ? like i have to do it 2 times before and after restoring with apollo ?

sorry if they are stupid quesions ^^
 
Resigning means resigning. Which means changing ownership by changing NP Account ID in SFO file from old one to another (plus of course updating hashes in PFD), in case of Apollo, from user defined in XML or xRegistry if existing, or random generated if not existed. Am I correct? @bucanero

PSN no longer exist. SEN replaced it long ago.

i have to do that resigning when i export my data from old ps3 or is when import the data to my new ps3 ? im not sure but i think i did that when i import the data with apollo....
