PS3 Split Second Velocity freezes after game update 1.0.4 with newest CFW

It does it with the EU and US game. If I don't update the game works fine, but after updating to 1.0.4 it freezes using Multiman. I don't use Webman because (webman and Artemis) don't play well together so I use multiman and every game has worked perfect until this game. Is there a issue with this game and it's update 104?

Probably your game is in folder format, try to convert to ISO using irisman (i have some issues with irisman, but as a tool for creating iso files from games it is very good, better than the same function in Multiman). This happens sometimes with some games that have updates, like GTA IV.

I guess you want to use cheats with Artemis? if so, you probably have to port cheats to your desired update version, otherwise they will not work and in most cases game freezes. I think this is the biggest problem, why users encounter so many problems with Artemis. if a game update does include an executable, it means it was probably changed

on psx or ps2 it was no different with different regions. they all differed most times
