No, you can't do that, on SW syscons this area is protected. You'd need a prototype SW syscon or enable the read/write access through an exploit.
Then you additionally either need your eid_root_key or your console needs to already run a jig firmware.

bought a ps3 cechc04 with ylod, I turned it on and it was instant, not even the fan turned on, reading the syscon errors it came out 1002 and 1001 for which I don't have the dates and at the bottom of the list 3034 and 40402 which date back to 2006 (broken CMOS battery?). I partially changed the nek tokins to see if it worked and it had the same ylod as before but now with the error 3001 (12 v connector or psu) I ordered a power supply which should arrive soon but in the meantime I would like to have some opinions. It also seems strange to me that bringup: 2275 times, shutdown: 984 times and usage: 38 days.
