System Activating NOT Working PS3

I just installed the HFW 4.86 and i need to activate the license files, so for that i need to activate my ps3 system on my psn profile, but i keep getting this error (80029519), what can i do??

try without hen activated. if that doesnt help make a new user with new psn account and try to activate with that.
