PS3HEN the system is shutting down during HEN initializing ?

hello everyone.
i need help with my system so
i have a ps3 super slim model with 4.89 HEN installed and i tried to use this plugin called PS3xPAD https://www.psx-place.com/resources/ps3xpad.22/
before starting i made sure this wouldn't break the system, and it wasn't mentioning if HEN is compatible but some users on reddit said its working
and after going step by step as the README file included says and after i done with it
the whole system is instantly shutting down like when you unplug it from the power source
so is there any possible way that could make me access the ps3 files to to fix it by editing the boot_plugins.txt file
i added this line to it (/dev_hdd0/plugins/ps3xpad/xpad_vsh.sprx)
so deleting it will fix it as far as i know

Create an empty text file called boot_plugins.txt and copy it to the root of your FAT32/MBR formatted USB storage, then plug USB storage into your PS3, then enable HEN and any plugins on dev_hdd0 will be stopped, so you can delete the plugin ps3xpad.
