PS3HEN the system software cannot be run correctly

I am getting the "the system software cannot be run correctly" Error everytime I exit any game, the console boots up fine, and then after the error it reboots also just fine, I installed a coldboot+gameboot recently for HEN and they both also work fine, it's not a major issue for now but it's a hassle having to connect my controller everytime just to make it reboot, any clues?

Update : Seems this is only the case when playing PS2 Games, so far PS3 games seems to exit just fine
Update 2 : I have also seem to have random instances when opening any game would result in a black screen, unable to shut down manually
