You will need to have an update since it's a backup from a cd game. Actually, you will have to convert the whole thing, including lic.dat

I don't know how 4gb splitting works but some russian guys apparently did it

Understood. Its leads me to another question/way: I've found in PSN the "TLOU Installer", aprox. 200mb.
So, if i install this, can i run and download TLOU normally? Like "legit installer" Or will i have problem?

a have same question.

i downloaded ps3 iso, extract .iso, and open folder game .iso, i found 2 folders (PS3_GAME and PS3_UPDATE) and one archive (PS3_DISC.SFB)

I open ps3tools, start PARAM SFO Editor, and open the file PARAM.SFO, inside PS3_GAME folder, i rename the folder to TitleID game, but now i don't know i have to do...
Change Category to HG?

i trie make some psx game the ps2 snes emu iso with roms and psp without no success make a video on pc when make pkgs to work i cannot find anyone make this on web ?? help
 
@Sakimotor Do you know how to sign PSX games (EBOOT.PBP)?, I've tried with PS3Exploit resigner but it only gives me an error message (verify the files or no valid option or no valid file provided.

May I ask how you got it to work? I keep having the exact same issue, the .rif fails to copy every time.
