If you get the 80029567 error, just enable debug PKGs, i get the error on the signed pkg when i convert to signed the ask me if is a psp or psx (is a ps2 game gan turismo 3) and when i going to install the give that error another problem

Yes, try to rename it as "ISO.BIN.ENC" without the quotes, that should fix it.

if you use a ps3tools, search in folder bellow
ps3tools>tools>scetools>RAPS

The rap file is universal, everyone game ps2 run with it
