This is because this python lib (pkgcrypt.pyd) for x64. You must find this lib for x86 (in habib's repo for x86 if i don't mistake).
And use habib's repo. It works perfect for me.
Habib, in your resigner too many "Enters". Can you delete some of them? Because if you have many raps you have many manualy work (after resign each rap you must press Enter to continue).

How to get C00 games to work? Btw I got ps1, psn with rif and Ps3 back up games to work.
One more thing , does anyone know to find User ID like this (00000001).

EDIT: I inject the rif and I get some licence error. Installed 2 games before without any issues by injecting rif and then installing
