Can I rename the files with "specific" and just put them in the ps3 usrdir folder or do I first have to adjust the faces with Blender? Because I'm not very good with blender.

Converting it is complicated
You can only add faces and kits from FIFA 14 and 16 and 15 pc to ps3 fifa....
