Unable to enable syscall 8

I've tried restarting my system multiple times and I'm still unable to access multiman or play any of my ps2 iso. I went to the localhost webpage for webman but when ever I click on fully enabled or check the box for "Re-enable syscalls & unlock syscall 8" the webpage just refresh and does nothing. Any suggestions are appreciated. I'm running CFW evilnet Cobra 4.89.
 
Cobra could be disabled.
Go to Network > Custom Firmware Toolbox > Cobra and select Toggle Cobra.
