PS4 USB ports stopped working

I just bought a ps4 recently and both usb ports randomly stopped working. There is no controller synced to the ps4, so I'm stuck on the menu. Is there any other way to navigate to Bluetooth settings without a controller? Maybe using the camera? The ps4 is also banned, so I can't use the pc remote play tool (pretty sure you need an account connected to the ps4 for it to work).

My friend has one also. Maybe same problem. His doesn't have any activity on the USB. No sync or power.

Can be the usb ic controller (GL3520) in his case or the SB or any failed component. His mobo is a SAB-001 (CUH-1116A model).
In his case, he got some power cuts at his house, so maybe something got shorted or bad.

Your case, depends, what's your PS4 model?

But you are asking if there's anyway to get the controller to work. Well, the only thing i can remember right now is, like you wrote, that app from PC. But if your PS4 is banned i don't know. Never tried if it works or not.
