PS3 webMAN Mod 1.41.26 - Displays Playtime & More

Update (2): Version 1.41.29 released. Here is another update to a great plugin for PlayStation 3 custom firmware users. webMAN Mod has been updated by developer Aldostools and in this update he has introduced some interesting features. With a couple of button combos you can now view the time you have played on your system. Good for parents wanting to keep an eye on their children and give them the boot when they think it's time for some outside time. Below is the changelog with some details to the two revisions I missed.

UPDATE 2 Changelog 1.41.29:
 • /rebuild.ps3 - rebuild database
 • /recovery.ps3 - pseudo recovery mode
 • /reboot.ps3 - hard reboot
 • PSID spoofing fixed on 4.70 CEX

Added 3 new http commands... Now it cannot be easier to enter into (pseudo) recovery mode or rebuild the ps3 database without the annoying power button sequence.

Thanks again to @Joonie for his tests, feedback and tips.

Thanks to ps3devwiki for the method to rebuild database.
Thanks to Team Rebug for the pseudo recovery function (rebug toolbox).

UPDATE 2 Changelog 1.41.28:
 • Plugged a memory leak accessing Slider webGUI
 • Improved memory usage when games are scanned.
 • Reverted the MAX usage to 1280KB.

UPDATE 1 Changelog 1.41.27:
 • Reduced allocated memory in MAX memory usage setting from 1280KB to 1152KB.
 • Updater: the files are copied, if the shadow copy fails.

Changelog 1.41.26:
 • Added display of Play time & startup time to SELECT+START and /cpursx.ps3
 • Use SELECT+START+R2 to display Game ID, Title, play time and more in-Game info

Changelog 1.41.25:
 • Fixed regression displaying text encoded in Big5
 • Fixed regression browsing /net files on the file manager

This is probably a stupid question but does non-cobra webman mod allow playing games over the network? I recently switched to a standard 4.70 cfw and my webman no longer has the "scan for LAN games" option.

Network game loading is a COBRA specific feature at this time.

1.41.28 - Fixed a memory leak and other improvements.

The main change in this release is internal.... the function handleclient has been splitted into 17 individual functions, reducing it from +3500 lines to less than 900.
This makes the function easier to maintain.

PS. Thanks to Joonie for beta test it and his feedback about this release.

EDIT: _NzV_ the source code is now updated on Github. There are important changes in the structure of the code (some are related to ps3mapi module).

The ps3mapi_led() module has some fixes regarding the yellow color and blink speed.

Thank you for the video. But if I cannot reproduce your issue, it will be hard to fix to it.

Can you try reducing the memory usage? Or deleting the wmconfig.bin? If they don't help, could you post a screenshot (or save html) of your /setup.ps3

Also try refreshing the XML manually with SELECT+L3 or using /refresh.ps3

While more details you can gather on how to reproduce the bug, more help me to identify the cause and fix it.

aldostools Will You release a new AUTOBOOT for 4.70 ? Thanks =)

Do you mean the fan control ISO? It's already updated on my website since February 26th.

I'm too lazy to update my website... you can download the file and check the date yourself... I often make updates to my files but don't I tell that I did it :)

(or verify the source code that is also included)

So lesson learned check the dates :) .. Thanks as always for the updates.

Also, Latest Changes added to main post.

Deleting wmconfic.bin worked but then after reboot gone again i did change the settings back to how i like them mayby theres a conflict possibly

Fan =manual

First of all: Thanks for the updates aldostools!

But since the pseudo recovery function is comming up again,
i tried using the function for a long time now, it still doesn't work on NAND consoles?

I'm just asking cause Condorstrikes "Condor Updater" only works for NOR models too.

Never got it to work on 3 different CECHG Models.
Neither with the Rebug Toolbox or webMAN Mod, it just reboots the console normally.

Any advice? :)
