webMAN mod: PS3ISO list empty

I am using an external 2TB USB NTFS formatted HDD with ISO backups of my PS3 games, have been working fine to list and play them thru webMAN until yesterday after I added some more ISO backups.
Now the PS3 games folder is missing under webman games, only my PS2 games folder is shown there.
Have done the "Refresh webMAN Games & XMB" without success.
The PS3 games are listed fine in mmMC though.

Does webMAN have some max file size limit for external NTFS hdd's or a volume size limit?

The webMAN version I am running is 1.47.36
Running Evilnat 4.88 CFW

Try changing wMM's memory profile to "MAX" or "MAX PS3+": https://www.psx-place.com/threads/webman-mod-web-commands.1508/ (scroll down to plugin memory usage).

Some game titles could break the XML game list on XMB. Try moving the games that you added recently outside the folder PS3ISO and scan again. Then add back the new games to PS3ISO in small sets until you find the one breaking the list.

Also increase the memory allocated as @AlexRhine suggested.

The plugin can scan PS3ISO stored on NTFS if the option /dev_ntfs is checked in /setup.ps3
However the ntfslib used by the plugin is more limited than the one used by prepISO.

Tried the MAX mem settings with no success also prepISO didn't work either ... it just doesn't find any ISO's and removes the PS3ISO folder from XMB like the /dev_nfts plugin does.

The method (temporary fix) I am using now is to start multiman which can read the NTFS drives iso's and build a list, then I go back into XMB and run "Refresh webMAN" games and reboot to show my PS3 games and to show newly added iso's.

@aldostools going to try the method you mention by removing newly added games and adding the one by one but right now I don't see any odd filenames or such.
