webMAN not showing all games in ISO folders.

OK. Inside webMAN is showing 397 total ISOs. 217 PS2, 160 PSone and 20 PSP. In XMB 129 PS2, 66 PSone and 20 PSP. I have refreshed both XML/HTML and changed plugin memory usage to MAX (1280KB) and then save and rebooted. I am attaching some pics as requested to try and help give you an idea of what everything looks like. Thank for your help and advice.

Thank you for the pictures and the extra details. I think that your issue is in the following steps:
"I have refreshed both XML/HTML and changed plugin memory usage to MAX (1280KB) and then save and rebooted."

The correct order of the steps should be:
"I changed plugin memory usage to MAX (1280KB) and then save and rebooted. Then I refreshed both XML/HTML and rebooted again."

I simulated your scenario with 300 PS2 ISO and setting the memory usage to "Max (1280KB)"
wMM_max_1280kb.png

As you can see, it doesn't show all the 300 isos, but it shows 285 isos which is more than 129 and your total 217 ps2 isos.
It shows 285 ps2 games because only 128KB is allocated for the PS2 group. Part of the memory is used in the index and XML code. Also the length of the file names affect the total number of games.

EDIT:
If there is not enough free memory available, webMAN will auto-reduce the memory usage selecting the min+ or min profiles.

aldostools. I tried everything in the order you described, no luck. Tried disabling then enabling in Rebug Toolbox, then performing memory usage XML/HTML in the same order, no luck. Tried updating to webMAN 1.43.26 and doing all again, no luck. I must have done something somewhere else that I'm not aware of that is preventing my webMAN app from achieving what it is obviously capable of doing. I'm just being a bit of a perfectionist I think. I still love using webMAN. This is no ones problem but my own. I will continue to troubleshoot when I have time away from work and I'll post again if I figure it out. I am very grateful for all of your help and advise. Thank you very much.

One last test you could try:
1- If you are using 4.78.1 Rebug, make sure that webman on dev_flash is disabled
2- Edit your boot_plugins.txt so it only have /dev_hdd0/plugins/webftp_server.sprx listed.
3- Download again webMAN 1.43.26 from my website. I made a small update to prevent a possible issue where settings for memory usage could be changed by another thread while content is being scanned and html is accessed concurrently (e.g. monitoring cpu/rsx) and free memory is too low.

aldostools. Eureka! That did it! You are THE MAN! You understood my problem and was able to describe what I needed to do so that even a noob like me was able to understand. Thank you so very much. webMAN is an awesome app, keep up the good work. Thanks again.

Very handy thread. I just started to mass rip PSX games and was wondering why only 64 would show up in my list.

Setting memory to max seemed inconsistent for me, sometimes all 100 odd games would show, sometimes not.
Setting memory to max PSX+ works consistently for now. (I have like 10 ps3, 20 ps2 and 100 psx games)

Thanks for your work as always and glad to see you are still on the scene. PS3 would be lost without guys like you.

edit:
I did however take note of the filenames using up precious ram and cleaned up my ISOs of some useless details. :)
Also it appears that using the hash symbol (#) in a file name will prevent its image from loading in webman html view. (works fine in xmb).
