A new genre went viral on PS4, called "battle royale " . But is it all that new ?
Battle royale basically means " last man standing " ? Because Counter Strike did this ages ago .

That genre exists for over 2 decades.

On PS3, the most famous game is PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, quiet a copy-cat of Super Smash Bros.

I read the servers are down, that means the game is useless now ? Maybe it will work again someday on custom servers ..
