What is the fastest way to transfer game covers and art?

I'm transferring 70,000 files, so the speeds I'm getting over FlashFXP and USB are not gonna cut it. Also, I'm copying to the ART folder in the +OPL directory, is this correct? And where do I put the PSX games?

The quickest way is to use pfsshell (Playstation File System Shell) and writing your own batch file. And yes, they need to go into the ART folder in the +OPL partition (which shows up in uLaunchELF as just OPL -- no "+" symbol).

PSX games need to go into a partition named __.POPS (that's two underscores, a periond, followed by POPS in all caps). You will need to use uLaunchELF (navigate to the MISC folder and find HddManager) to create this partition. Again pfsshell (along with a batch file) will be the fastest way.

Okay so for future reference I found a very handy and clear tutorial for this program online that came with a file for batch transfers. It's very user-friendly, you just specify extension, partition and drive number and it works great on Win7.

Wow it's so fast! About 500kbps. I can't specify path though, only partition, so I'm going to have to cut/paste it all later with wLaunchELF. Should be fast though since I'm just moving it within the partition, I'm sure even the PS2 can manage that with ease. Or maybe I could have edited the .bat file.... oh well, too late now lol.

I need to get another PS2. I just found some old 3.5 drives and three network adapters as well as two wireless pads. This was always an annoyance for me before. The is for the info and heads up bro!!
