A simple ELF that turns off your PS2.
Notes
Can be used in co-operation with FMCB, FHDB, uLE, and OPL APPS.
You can place it pretty much anywhere, although I find the OPL APPS folder to be the most convenient and versatile location... as you can use it from that location with anything else, however you cant use it in OPL if its not in your OPL partition (for HDD users).
