This plugin blocks the writing of:

When any game saves at /PSP/SAVEDATA.
Saving time will be faster, and the savedatas will be smaller.
Savedata without resources can be loaded with no issues... they just need less space.

To quickly remove all of your savedata resource files to save some space, before installing the plugin, copy resource_cleaner.bat, onto the root of your memory stick or internal memory, and double click on it.
It will delete them for you.
You can then delete the bat file too.
